I am waiting for them to say this:

ArenaNet-“As much as everyone has been looking forward to these new PvE sunspear skills (that we never promised would go in), we are now implementing them into GW: EotN as a future benefit the communities need. We feel that after all the requests that have been stated and I quote, “there is no further need to help PvE in its present state of being.” We are happy to commend everyone with a new skill balance that will literality level the playing field, and of course stop farming (I mean bots) in their tracks. Thank you everyone and have a great day.”

Yes I am joking of course. Actually I rather hear the silence then anything else.

YAY! Hero battle observer mode. It's a pity that hero battle relies SO much more on builds than tactics, because of the fact that heroes are limited on what skills are smart. Say hello to gimmick mania. And guess what the new gimmick builds will be, WHATEVER THE TOP 100 in HB PLAYS YAYYY!

You know people, if you don't like hero battles, don't play it. Nobody is asking you to. Anet ADDED it to the game. It's not like they took out GvG and replaced it with HvH. People like it and if you don't, it has no effect on your gameplay experience at all.

Are you kidding? Where do you think the time to do HvH came from - neglecting everything else.

Few balances and a shoddy AT system took 5 months of development time? I think not.

I hope you know that Anet does multiple things at the same time.

Shoddy AT system? I think not. I think the AT system is a very sophisticated new idea implemented by Anet that gives a completely new perspective of interactive gaming. The tournaments are highly organized with few bugs and I enjoy them a lot! I'm not talking about just hero battles here, but also GvG's. Many people say that this is just another one of Anet's "dumb" ideas to bring in more costomers. Well, I actually agree with that, except it's not a "dumb" idea, it's a great idea! Now a multitude of GW players can enjoy tournament style gameplay right at their homes and with no requirements (other than 1 tournament token). Previously, it was only top guilds that could experience something like this.

Same one you have been playing (at least I hope I am). I just have this feeling these skill balance comes in with a major brand new GW experience enhancement; only to be shorted by an incredibly long list of horrid skill balance nock offs. That way their can be a battle between the people who loved the update and those who despised it. (sarcasm) Then everyone will be happy. (sarcasm)

If you think a skill balance isn't needed right now, you definitely are not playing the same game.

If your talking about demoting all the skills to 0 damage or 0 effect, yeah I guess you want that game. However the game I am playing, I am hoping there will be some well thought out “skill balance” before it goes into effect. Yes of course there needs to be balance, but it goes without saying “think before you do.”

Well I can’t argue there; that’s if you mean what A-net did to SR and then stating some days after that “it was not their original intention.” Of course they are working on that intention, while the first non-intention fix stays in place.

Please tell me where I said they should do a bad skill balance? There needs to be a skill balance, plain and simple.

When you quoted my post earlier, you forgot to look lower to see the reason why I posted that a skill balance should come in later then sooner. I stated that hopefully it won’t be another cheap skill balance nock off. I never said there is no more need for a skill balance till the world ends.
